IGCSE Class X Assembly Highlights Gratitude and Sustainability
On September 18, 2024, IGCSE students of Class X conducted an assembly, starting with a prayer, thought, and news. An Emergency Alert on Article 51-A (g) emphasized citizens' duties to protect the environment and penal code offenses related to environmental harm. A skit on "Gratitude: Three Golden Words – Please, Thank You, Sorry" encouraged thankfulness, while their presentation on "World Bamboo Day" aligned with SDG-12, promoting sustainable bamboo industries. The assembly highlighted collaboration, communication, civic responsibility, and 21st-century skills, inspiring environmental awareness and proactive citizenship.
