SAIoneers Shine at CBSE FEZ Swimming Championship 2026, Secure National Qualification
SAI International Residential School added another glorious chapter to its sporting legacy with an outstanding performance at the CBSE FEZ Swimming Championship 2026, held at DPS Rasali, Sector Bhiladurg, Chhattisgarh, from 26th to 28th July 2026. Displaying exceptional speed, endurance, teamwork, and competitive spirit, the SIRS swimming contingent secured two Silver Medals and one Bronze Medal, while also earning qualification for the CBSE National Swimming Championship in two relay events. The Boys Under-19 4x100m Freestyle Relay team comprising Arnav Singh, Mayank Rathi, Roger Antoniz, Darsh Lohia, and Arnav Agarwalla delivered a remarkable performance to secure the Silver Medal and qualify for the National Championship. The same team repeated its success in the Boys Under-19 4x100m Medley Relay, once again winning the Silver Medal and booking its place at the national level through an impressive display of coordination, determination, and consistency. The Girls Under-19 4x100m Freestyle Relay team, consisting of Namrata Naik, Tanishka Paul, Vani Jaiswal, and Aaradhya Ghosal, also showcased exceptional teamwork and resilience to claim the Bronze Medal, adding another proud achievement to the school's medal tally. The championship witnessed spirited competition from leading schools across the region, providing an excellent platform for young swimmers to test their abilities and gain valuable competitive exposure.
